Do any of you like mosquitoes? I know I don’t. Why? Cos they bite too much, and mosquitoes have been known to spread diseases. Nowadays the mosquito population in Fuvahmulah has increased to a maximum. It’s every where, as if it came out of a horror movie.
Mosquitoes are around all the time, biting everyone that come in their way. Sucking blood and spreading diseases. Around the clock 27/7 they annoy everyone. You kill one ten comes after you, and they keep on coming until you give up. No one, I mean NO ONE does anything about it. And you wanna know who this NO ONEs are, they are the people who should be doing something about it. The atoll office and the other authorities that should be taking their responsibility and do something about it.
It really is heard to live when mosquitoes are around, they are even out biting peoples at mid day when there is scorching heat. And when night falls, don’t even wanna talk about it, if you are in a sealed container also they will come after you.
